Below is some important information for managing group bookings:
Check in:
– based on the provisions of Article 109 of the T.U.L.P.S. and by the D.M. 07.01.2013, all guests, with particular attention to minors, must have a valid ID, Pass Port or CI (only Schengen countrys)
Rooming list:
- it is essential to receive the list of rooms within 3 days of check-in
In the list include:
– Guests with food allergies or food intolerances
– Guests with special diets (vegetarians, vegans, Muslims, etc.)
Changes to menus and services, without notice, will incur an additional cost
Special provisions:
– The hotel is entirely NON-SMOKING
– Pet not allowed
– It is not allowed to bring food / drinks from outside
– The use of stoves or food warmers of any kind in the rooms is not permitted
– it is mandatory to respect the quiet, with particular attention from 11.00 pm to 8.00 am
– with reference to current legislation, it is forbidden to supply alcoholic beverages to minors
– minors must be accompanied by at least one parent, legal guardian or, in the case of students, a teacher or representative of the Institute.
– Deposit for students 100.00 euros each by credit card, the group is held jointly and severally liable

– Breakfast 07:00 – 10:00
– Dinner 19:30 – 21:00
for services to be provided at different times, a supplement may be required
– Porter service: 2.50 euro/suitcase Max 20kg, booking required
– Electric recharge max 1 station, reservation required
Economic conditions:
final booking confirmation by the release date:
bank transfer, or credit card, 30% of the total amount
Reservation balance:
credit card
or bank transfer, at least 7 working days before check-in
Terms of free cancellation:
up to 2 rooms: 3 days
3 to 5 rooms: 7 days
6 to 10 rooms: 20 days
11 to 15 rooms: 60 days
more than15 rooms: release date
free cancellation cannot be combined
Cancellation terms for high season periods may vary and will be communicated promptly.
